Rhinoceros

This was a fun picture to take. The rhino area is in a circle so I walked the full length of the area and this rhino followed me and kept poping in and out of the door. I was talking to him. When I was done taking the few pics I looked up and saw a squirrel right next to me. It was so close that i could have stuck my hand out and touch him. He was so close because while I was taking the pictures I had taken a snack out of my purse and the squirrel wanted some food. Along with all the birds that where behind me

~Rhinoceros, also known as rhino, is a group of five extant species of odd-toed ungulates in the family Rhinocerotidae. Two of these species are native to Africa and three to southern Asia. Rhinoceros are killed by humans for their horns, which are bought and sold on the black market, and which are used by come cultures for ornamental of (largely pseudo-scientific) medical purposes. The horns are made of keratin, the same type o protein that makes up hair and fingernails. Both African species and the Sumatran Rhinoceros have two horns, while the Indian and Javan Rhinoceros have a single horn.~
